How can I volunteer?
Volunteer Scientists: Anyone who is interested in Oklahoma's biodiversity can be a volunteer scientist. Volunteer scientists usually work in teams based on taxonomic group (i.e. birds, plants, fish). Experienced and inexperienced volunteers can work together to search and count all the species. Activities Volunteer: Are you interested in leading a bird walk, plant identification demonstration, or any other naturalist activity at BioBlitz? We are looking for special volunteers to help with or create activities for children and adults for our public outreach portion of BioBlitz. Please email us if you have ideas and would like to make BioBlitz! 2008 an especially fun event for everyone. |
Early Registration: In Spring 2008 we will begin early registration for BioBlitz! 2008 at the Great Salt Plains. Send us an email if you would like to be notified when online registration is available.
